This past week, I've had several situations come up where I had the choice to say what was on the surface or to show up authentically based on what lives deep within me. With courage, I chose to be completely authentic and share with vulnerability and honesty... I can't tell you how freeing it is to show up unarmed to a tough conversation and speak from the heart, and being at peace with whatever the outcome is.
Fortunately, these conversations turned out to be great, with understanding and support on the other end.
How authentic are you now and how you show up with other people? What's stopping you?

Have you ever meditated about who you could become? Take some time this week to visualize the future you -- the one who is 100% healed. The one who is so elated to be alive that waking up in the morning becomes the best day of your life! Imagine how you will feel, think, and act. Bring that future self close to you. So close that you become one....

Do you sometimes feel like eating a WFPB diet is tough to embrace? Well, there are literally thousands of vegetables and fruit to choose from. There are 36 varieties of lettuce alone. As we approach the holiday season, challenge yourself to get creative, expand your horizons, and gift your palette and your body with some yummy plant-based recipes. Instead of taking a nap after Thanksgiving dinner, you may decide to do something fun with your family...

When people around you seem to eat what they want and not get sick, why can't you? What makes you unique?
Well, the truth is that radical healing comes from radical self-love and commitment to do whatever it takes to be transformed. Replacing this myth with "All things for my good" can shift your focus to the right goal. Most people develop health conditions over many years, so to accelerate healing, a little bit of a bad thing can actually get in the way of your dreams for health, vitality, improved relationships, lower stress, etc. What's your current view? Do you believe that "all things are good in moderation" OR "all things for your good?"

According to the Lancet in 2015, over 95% of the world's population suffers from health problems and over 1/3 have more than 5 ailments. Let's take that in for a moment. Millions of people rely on medications, supplements, surgeries, natural modalities, internet searches, programs to try to find their path to healing. How exhausting. What have you tried to find PERMANENT health and what myths have you subscribed to that brought you to a dead end...
My #1 myth before I started was: healing is complex.

Have you ever met someone who needed the approval and validation of others before trying something new? This constant seeking of external approval can be exhausting and unfulfilling. The aha moment comes when we realize that NO ONE will be as passionate about our dreams as us. NO ONE knows what we want to feel and experience in our "best lives." So, what about focusing on self-approval. Self-acceptance. Inner passion. Being driven by this can inspire others to take their leaps of faith instead of judging or criticizing you.
What is one thing you want to give yourself permission to do to take your power back?

Have you ever tried to take a leap forward but felt like you didn't have the confidence or experience to try something new? I have. It feels like a hidden gem that can't be accessed. Like a golden key that is just outside of reach. I just recently had a simple, but brilliant exchange with a wise mentor. She said that she said a single phrase to herself every time her subconscious mind tried to hold her back from greatness --- "Not Anymore."
I will NO LONGER be held back by fear.
Not Anymore.
I will ONLY EMBRACE the thoughts and feelings that support my dreams.
When I am tempted to dim my light, I will say...
Not Anymore.
When you create a vision for yourself, your subconscious mind will behave like a security guard to try to protect you. When that happens, you can say:
Not Anymore.
I'm free to try something new.
I'm free to think differently.
I'm free to be a new version of me.
I'm free to laugh at myself and enjoy the process of "becoming" my best self.
How about you? What do you tell yourself when you stand in your own way?
